There is a parking lot at the RMC, which requires a Parking Pass to enter. All Parking Passes must be purchased in advance as they will not be sold on site.
Upon registering, all Full Pass attendees will receive a link to a rideshare board to facilitate carpooling.
Please note that the parking lot of the RMC is a grass field that may be muddy during the time of the Convergence.
Yes. All registrants will receive access to a free rideshare board as a part of their welcome email. Here they will be able to find drivers or riders, depending on their needs.
Full Passes include free tent camping, but not parking or car camping. If you’d like to camp with your car, you’ll need to purchase a Car Camping Pass in addition to a Full Pass. Car Camping Passes are limited and allow the ticket holder to camp next to or inside their car. They are only valid with a Full Pass and do not give access to the event without also purchasing a Full Pass. Only one Car Camping Pass is needed per car.
Please note that the parking lot of the RMC is a grass field that may be muddy during the time of the Convergence.

The RMC is hosted on a private farm which is home to dogs and livestock. We will be able to accommodate a limited number of service animals. If you wish to bring your service animal to the RMC, please contact hello@radicalmycologconvergence.com prior to registration so that we can ensure there is space for the animal.
