Ticket Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets will only be refunded in the event that the Radical Mycology Convergence is cancelled due to Covid restrictions or other unforeseeable challenges. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a presenter or schedule change, inclement weather, or any other logistical reason.

If you are unable to attend the Radical Mycology Convergence, you can gift your ticket to another person prior to the event, but not at the Convergence.

Merchandise Refund and Return Policy

Online merchandise sales can be cancelled prior to their shipment for no fee. Merchandise items purchased online can be returned for a refund, minus the original cost of shipping, so long as the item is returned in like-new condition. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All merchandise sales at the Radical Mycology Convergence are final and non-refundable.
