For small businesses and non-profits seeking to share their offerings at the RMC, we are currently accepting applications for booth space in the RMC's Mycelial Marketplace. All are welcome to apply, but as space is limited, preference will be given to RMC presenters, non-profits, and mycology-related organizations and businesses.
Businesses can select a half booth space (5’x10') at a rate of $475 for the entire RMC (September 17–20), or a full booth space (10’x10’) for $650. Registered 501(c)3 non-profits, if selected, will receive a half booth space for free. All selected vendors will need to provide their own tent, table, and chairs, as well as agree to the terms listed at the bottom of the application below.
For applicants requesting half booths, we will select appropriate pairings and put each pair in touch prior to the RMC so that they can coordinate transporting their booth infrastructure. Vendors will receive one free ticket to the RMC and will be able to purchase up to two additional discounted tickets for their staff for $250 apiece. Any vending fees or additional tickets will be processed after your application is selected.
The vendor application closes on May 31 and all applicants will be notified of our selections by June 15. If you are not able to join the Marketplace, we will also be holding a community barter faire during lunch time on Saturday of the RMC, during which time anyone will be able to trade their goods!
